Overarching Branding
Energetic illustrations are used throughout Zaphillia's branding.
This is because they want to enter the field of marine biology outreach. In the future, they want to utilize eye-catching visuals
to draw in and educate the general public about marine life.
Logo
Zaphillia's logo reflects their passionate personality with curly, playful typography that mimics the waves of the ocean that they study. This allows their energetic personality to mingle with their professional desires; when looking at this logo, you can see the type of person that Zaphillia is
as well as their ties to the ocean.
Typography
The typefaces Sun Flower, Bebas, and Roboto make up Zaphillia's branding. Sun Flower is used for Zaphillia's logo and a very few titles that require extra emphasis. It expresses Zaphillia's passionate personality while referencing
the ocean. Meanwhile, Bebas
and Roboto are much cleaner
and assure that Zaphillia
is still presented as
a capable professional.
Color Palette
Bright and invigorating colors represent Zaphillia's passion for oceanic outreach. Blue is the predominant color of their branding, taking up large expanses like the sea.
Graphics
Because Zaphillia is interested
in the outreach side of marine biology which involves creating interactive materials for summer camps and museums, illustrative elements are used in their branding. This highlights
the creative and eye-catching nature of Zaphillia's future career.
Business Card
Their business card is horizontal like the ocean's horizon. A portion of their handwriting is included to give the card a unique and personal touch
as well as to reference the interactivity and tangibility of Zaphillia's future outreach projects.
Envelope
Zaphillia's envelope represents the ocean in a clean and interesting way. The darkening blues showcase
the deepening ocean.
